Bread making!

So after waiting four years to get out my Kitchen Aid stand mixer, I finally took the plunge a few weeks ago and made some homemade bread. Well, let's just say that failed attempts are good for blogs and funny stories with friends, but not much else! Apparently there is more to making a loaf of bread than just plopping it in the pan! Which is precisely why I chose this no-knead recipe from King Arthur flour. Just mix, plop, wait 90 minutes, and bake. Then enjoy the smells and taste of yummy homemade bread! I loved it, hubby said it was good, but the kids wouldn't try it. Success? To me, yes! It was edible, after all!
